Prices as published are subject to change without notice. The company reserves the right to accept and bill all orders at prices in effect at time of shipment. Prices as listed do not include lamps. Prices are quoted only with the understanding that such orders shall be subject to the acceptance of WELLMADE PRODUCTS, at its principal offices in MERCED, CALIFORNIA, upon such terms as the company may specify when order is received.

Orders entered on a "Hold For Release" basis are not manufactured until a release date is received. Allow ample release ime to fulfill the contractor's requirements.

The Company reserves the right to increase prices in the amount to cover any sales, use or excise taxes imposed by any taxing authority upon its merchandise, or the sale or manufacture thereof.

Project quotations must be accepted within 30 days from date of quote, unless exception is noted on original quotation.

Wellmade will allow full freight on orders of $1,000 (or more) within Wellmade's normal delivery area, and $3,000 (or more) outside of Wellmade's normal delivery area. All other shipments will be shipped F.O.B. Wellmade's factory.

Merchandise is shipped at buyer's risk. Our responsibility for safe delivery ceases when goods have been received in good condition by the transportation company. Our company will use its own discretion in routing all shipments upon which it allows transportation costs. Shipments will be made in any manner requested upon customer's assumption of any additional transportation cost involved.

Freight allowance adjustments and freight charges on non-freight allowed shipments will be based on actual weight as shipped.

Wellmade reserves the right to refuse to make direct shipments to destinations outside of the regular assigned selling and service area of the purchasing distributor.

It is the responsibility of the consignee to file a claim with the transportation company in the event of lost or damaged merchandise. Immediately upon receipt of the shipment, the consignee should check very carefully for loss or damage and in the event such has occurred, should file a claim with the transportation company promptly.

Wellmade Products will not accept any claims for shortage of material unless such alleged shortage is reported to us at our principal office in Merced, California within five days from receipt of shipment at destination.

Wellmade is not liable for liquidated damages.

Orders are not cancelable except on payment for all costs incurred, engineering work performed, any special material purchased or commitments made on the part of Wellmade Products or 25% of the canceled order, whichever is greater.
